Researchers investigate whether hauntings are caused by indoor mold!

Researchers from Clarkson University NY are investigating whether some reported hauntings are linked to mold in buildings.
According to the website, engineering professor Shane Rogers says that hauntings are often reported in older-built structures that tend to suffer in air quality and that toxic mold can trigger psychosis, causing people to see ghosts!
It’s reported that Rogers and his team of ‘ghostbusters’ plan to measure pollutants in the indoor air of several ‘haunted locations’ in New York, including the Frederic Remington Art Museum – where people claim to hear the voice of its former owner Madame Vespucci echoing from upper levels at night.
The lesson in all of this? Maybe keep the house that extra bit tidy, just in case…
