- It’s reported that Renea Lucero saved the officer’s number from a prior criminal matter, and thought she was calling an acquaintance of her boyfriend.
- Having been offered narcotics over the phone, the officer reportedly arranged to meet up with Renea.
- It’s alleged that, at the meetup, Renea arranged for a bag of heroin to be weighed and offered it for sale, following which officers swooped in and arrested her.
