Look out toilets, beards have just as much poo!

Studies carried out in New Mexico reveal that some beards contain so much poo, they’re similar to toilets!
John Golobic of Quest Diagnostics New Mexico swabbed a number of beards as part of the study. He revealed that while many beards contained normal bacteria, some had so much poo that, if it was a water system, it would have to be shut down for disinfecting.
John noted that although the levels of poo found were insufficient to cause illness, the level of uncleanliness was disturbing.
He added that the secret to a clean beard was thorough washing of the hands, regular scrubbing of the beard and keeping your hands away from your face as much as possible.
