• An underage drinker at a Texas music festival caused a stir after she managed to avoid a fine by beating a cop at a game of rock-paper-scissors!
• Mobile phone footage of the incident went viral after it was uploaded to Vine by an attendee at Chilifest, a county music festival in Snook, Texas.
• The footage shows the underage girl caught with alcohol, but then throwing down rock to beat a police officer’s scissors. The police officer and his 2 colleagues then walk away.
• According to Burleson County Constable Dennis Gaas, the problem is not that the officer decided not to issue a fine, but the fact that he was playing games to get someone out of a ticket.
• It’s reported that officers will not be able to work security at future Chilifests and the department is investigating whether further disciplinary action is required.
