Science says NOT making your bed is healthy!!

According to a study from Kingston University, NOT making your bed might be healthy as this removes moisture from sheets, killing dust mites in the process.

  • GREAT NEWS – a study from Kingston University says NOT making your bed may be better for your health!

  • The average bed is home to up to 1.5 million house dust mites, which feed on flakes of human skin and are thought to be a major cause of asthma and other allergies. 

  • Dr Pretlove told the BBC that mites survive by taking moisture from the atmosphere and by leaving the bed unmade, moisture is removed from the sheets causing mites to dehydrate and die.
