- Thieves broke into a warehouse in Braybrook Victoria and stole 17 coffins.
- The thieves are said to have broken into the warehouse on 15 January 2015 and loaded the loot onto a truck before driving off.
- Police say this is an unusual theft as they are unaware of a black market for coffins. Inspector Tony Long believes the coffins will be sold or used as fish tanks!
- It’s reported that the coffins have a market value of a few thousand dollars each.
