Is this Uptown Funk viral video the worst of all time?

A Newport Police department has combined with local mall staff to record a cringe-worthy take on the Mark Ronson/Bruno Mars track ‘Uptown Funk’.
The reason for the video is not yet known, but it feels like a bizarre PR stunt – complete with a giant dancing pink and white rabbit, which was not present in the original version of the video clip.
I’d say the video is too painful to watch, but it’s Friday (you ‘Thursday people’ will get there soon!), so what do you have to lose?
