Coffee may help protect from gum disease!

  • According to a recent study published in the Journal of Periodontology, drinking coffee may help protect you from gum disease by reducing tooth loss with health-boosting antioxidants.
  • Both caffeinated and decaf varieties of coffee are high in antioxidants, so a cup or 2 may actually be helpful!
  • Sadly the tests showed milk, sugar and cream are counterproductive.
