- 2 students in Germany have developed ‘ActiWait’, a gaming device that enables strangers to play pong with each other while they wait for the green light to walk.
- The device syncs with pedestrian lights. The game of pong is activated when the walking light is red, and ends when it is safe to cross the road.
- A thumbs up is given and the game restarts for others to play.
- So far, the only location is in Hildesheim, Germany. The students hope to expand once they raise enough funds through indiegogo.
