NY man driving stolen car got lost, then ran out of petrol!

Police say that a Queens man was driving a stolen car to Syracuse, but got lost and ended up stranded in Pennsylvania without petrol.
It’s reported that a State Trooper found Cristian Osario asleep in a car at about 4pm beside route 33 in Northampton County, then realised that the 2007 Nissan Quest had been reported stolen in a neighbouring state.
Although officials from Pennsylvania State Police say they expect the NYPD to pursue charges against Osario, he is presently incarcerated in Northampton Prison on $15,000 bail, having been charged with receiving stolen property and unauthorised use of a motor vehicle.
