• Footage captured Kevin being slapped by a police officer, who had asked him why he was blowing the horn.
• Police have reportedly dropped most charges against the pair, but will proceed with the charge of disorderly conduct against Kevin, the ‘bunny’.
• The officer was charged with assault for the slap, but there is no word on the outcome.
