Woman caught stealing, claims she was searching for Isis terrorists

A Mississippi woman claimed she was “searching for ISIS terrorists” when she was caught stealing sunglasses and other personal items from cars parked outside her children’s school.
Despite this, Lisa Roche was arrested and will face court shortly.
It is reported that Lisa has previously been arrested for embezzlement, careless driving and burglary.
