Man sues hospital for throwing his amputated leg in the garbage!

A man is suing a Florida hospital after police found his amputated leg in a dumpster with his nametag still attached to it!
The discovery was made when police found the limb and contacted the family of John Timiriasieff to determine whether he had been the victim of foul play.
John has reportedly argued that disposal in such a manner was “outrageous and beyond the bounds of human decency” and has sued for invasion of privacy, embarrassment and humiliation suffered caused by the negligence of the medical staff at the hospital.
John’s leg was amputated at the Doctor’s Hospital in Coral Gables in October 2014. Under Florida law and the hospital’s procedures, amputated limbs must be incinerated.
