Library book returned 120 years late!

During the period from 1886 to 1894, future professor Arthur Boycott borrowed the book “The Microscope and its Revelations” and never retuned it!
The library rebel’s granddaughter found the library book and decided to return it to the Hereford Cathedral School in the UK.
Funnily enough, Arthur had a successful career in the sciences, with a particular interest in snails
According to the school, the overdue fine was $12,530, which it waived.
