In 2017 a 2,800 sq metre Legoland Discovery Centre will open in Chadstone mall – the 1st of its kind in the southern hemisphere!

The centre will include play areas, a small cinema and interactive rides!

Although the centre is designed to entertain and educate children for up to 3 hours, it’s reported that the centre is only for 3 to 10-year-olds (sorry ‘kids at heart’ ) and adults will need to be accompanied by a child to enter.

Australia will join such centres operating in Europe, the USA and Japan.

Love your site.
Just so you are aware though, Chadstone shops are not a ‘mall’ but a ‘shopping centre’ and has been for years.

Hi Maria,
Haha thank you for the correction. It’s quite embarrassing really, I live just around the corner from Chadstone and would never use mall to describe anything of the sort in Australia. I posted it on Instagram and given the time in the US, used the term for them, but forgot to change it for the website. Thanks for reading and taking the time to comment.
