Don’t microwave you’re iPhone 6!

Photoshopped ad claims the iPhone 6 can be charged by microwaving it!

  • First, there were claims the iPhone 6 is BENDING while in pockets, and now an internet hoax is causing further concern for the new smartphone.
  • A photoshopped ad is making the rounds in which it is claimed that the phone’s most recent software, iOS8, has a feature called ‘Wave’ which allows you to quickly charge the phone by microwaving it for 60 seconds at 700KW.
  • The ad has been dubbed a hoax and people are being urged to avoid nuking their new phones.
