• It’s reported that ‘Grumpy Cat’ has earned its Arizona owner Tabatha Bundesen over $100 million in the 2 short years of its internet fame.
• Although Tabatha refutes that figure, she acknowledges she was able to quit her waitressing job within days of Grumpy Cat’s first appearance, and the phone hasn’t stopped ringing since then.
• Tabatha says her cat’s grumpy demeanour is due to its underbite and dwarfism. Grumpy Cat’s real name is Tardar Sauce & it’s currently selling an iced coffee range called Grumppuccino.
• Grumpy Cat became internet-famous after appearances on YouTube and Reddit in 2012.
