Ellen Degeneres claims most retweeted tweet of the year

It’s official, Ellen Degeneres’ selfie at the #oscars was the most retweeted tweet of the year, being retweeted 3.3 million times.
The tweet was also favourited 2 million times & retweeted in 151 countries.
The photo was captioned with “If only Bradley’s arm was longer…” and featured numerous A-listers such as Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Kevin Spacey, Julia Roberts Meryl Streep & Lupita N’yongo.
