Domino’s Japan to deliver pizzas by reindeer!

This Christmas, Domino’s Pizza Japan says it plans to launch ‘snow delivery’ by reindeer in Hokkaido!
The use of reindeers is said to ensure that residents can still get pizza delivered, given that various weather agencies have indicated that Winter 2016 is expected to be “particularly cold”in Japan, with heavy snowfall.
Domino’s Japan is in talks with reindeer breeders and a Hokkaido research center to manage the welfare of the animals, such as determining maximum weight, distance and ensuring they don’t wander onto roads.
