• What a story! A couple of weeks ago, I shared news of Gobi, who appeared out of nowhere to run 125km alongside extreme marathon runner Dion Leonard in China.
• Dion fell in love with Gobi, and arranged for her to join him in Scotland after she completed the quarantine process, but she went missing when she escaped her temporary home!
• Dion flew back to Urumqi, China to look for Gobi, hand out posters and ask for help on social media.
• After 5 days, Dion got a call from a local man who said he’d seen Gobi at the park.
• When he met Gobi again, she ran around his legs and jumped on him and it was “love again at immediate sight”
• This time, Dion says he will stay in China until the adoption process is complete.
