- It’s reported that Kenneth Burke & Timothy Foote had asked the driver to wait outside a home, before returning with a TV and alcohol.
- The taxi driver contacted Asbury Park Police when the duo refused to pay their fare at their ultimate destination.
- The police connected the men to the burglary, returned the stolen items and charged them with numerous offences.
