• A Blood Rave will be held at an undisclosed nightclub in Amsterdam this Halloween, where guests will reportedly be sprayed with REAL BLOOD via a special sprinkler system running across the ceiling.

• The anonymous promoter says the pipes have passed tests using a blood-like substance. It is not yet known what type of blood will be used on the night. 

• The party is described as a “night-life community for likeminded individuals”, inspired by a scene from the movie ‘Blade’, where vampires danced while being drenched in blood, before meeting their demise at the hands of vengeful vampire ‘Blade’, played by Wesley Snipes. 

• The promoter says “It is pushing the borders, but we want to see how far we can go”.

• Tickets for the event went on sale 5 September 2015, costing approximately $US27.35.
