Beer spills after tram collides with truck

50 kegs of beer were strewn across a road in Melbourne yesterday when a tram collided with a beer delivery truck.
The truck was carrying beer from the Carlton & United Breweries when it was struck by the tram at around 1130am.
It’s reported that although only 2 people suffered minor injuries, the kegs were not so lucky.
While this is being reported as an Australian tragedy, I prefer to see it as a ‘glass of beer half full’ moment for any opportunists who may have been nearby at the right time.
