World Nutella shortage ahead?

Bad weather is reported to have severely affected Turkey’s supply of hazelnuts, which means Nutella may soon be limited and/or more expensive.
Turkey produces over 70% of the world’s hazelnut supplies, with this crop said to be 30% below expectations.
Nutella uses approximately 25% of the world’s hazelnuts and puts around 50 hazelnuts in each jar.
Nutella-maker, Ferrero previously acquired Turkish company Oltan Group, a leading manufacturer of Turkish hazelnuts.
