- Underground parking spaces in a luxury apartment block in Manhattan’s SoHo area have been advertised for sale for only $1million!!
- Although the apartments above are likely to sell for up to $10m+, the parking spots cost more per square foot ($6,600ish vs $3,140ish)
- Furthermore, the $1m won’t even provide outright ownership as ‘owners’ will only be provided with a 99-year lease which must be surrendered when they sell the apartment.
- Not to be outdone on value, the car parks come with a charger for electric vehicles and storage space! Phew!
