Shop owner hypnotised and robbed!

CCTV footage released by police appears to show a London shopkeeper being robbed after he was hypnotised by the alleged thief.
In the footage, the shopkeeper looks to be rendered motionless after he is touched several times by the man during what is reported to be conversation about a pregnant woman.
The man then rifles through the shopkeeper’s pockets, removing the notes from his wallet in the process, then returning the wallet.
The shopkeeper appears to awake from the ‘trance’ just as the man ‘runs out of the store.
