Couple stranded on sailboat for 1 week

A couple became stranded in the Gulf of Mexico after a “one to two day” trip went awry when the sailboat’s motor broke down near Anciote Key, Florida, and the mast then u jammed its sail.
After a storm hit, the couple were forced to rope together.
Good weather caused the sailboat to drift, but in the wrong direction, leaving the couple without water for 1 week until they were later discovered.
