• After more than 300 games of Words With Friends, a 22-year-old rapper has finally met the 81-year-old retiree he has been dueling with all summer.
• Spencer (otherwise known as ‘Half Empty’ from Harlem NY) tweeted that he randomly met Roz (‘Roz’) on the online crossword puzzle game and that she became a good friend of his after 300+ games.
• The pair met in Palm Beach Florida thanks to a Pastor from the Riverside Church in NY, Amy Butler, whose daughter is friends with Spencer.
• The friends are extremely competitive, with Spencer making it clear that he is leading 210 to 114, but Roz has played more unique words, leading 11,067 to 3,043.
• I’m not crying.
