8-year-old boy takes dad’s van to get a cheeseburger with his little sister

While his parents were asleep, an 8-year-old boy who learned to drive on the internet drove his little sister to McDonald’s for a sneaky cheeseburger!
It’sreported that the father of the East Palestine, Ohio boy went to bed, and the mother fell asleep on the couch with the children.
On the hunt for a cheeky snack, the boy then grabbed his dad’s van, and used to knowledge he gained on YouTube to drive about a mile to the restaurant.
Thankfully, the trip was without incident, with witnesses saying that the boy appeared to obey traffic rules, which is noteworthy given that he crossed through intersections and over railroad tracks!
No charges have been filed, although I dare say the dad will now be hiding the car keys in a different spot!
