Real-life Hulk picks up and moves car blocking bike lane

Youtube footage of a bicyclist lifting a vehicle, moving it out of a bike lane and then pedalling away has gone viral.
According to the footage, the man comes across a car blocking the bike lane and takes the parking infringement into his own hands.
Impressively, the ‘strong man’ dismisses the car without breaking a sweat before riding off to his next adventure.
Although there is some debate over where this was filmed (some say Sweden while others say Brazil), Portuguese can be heard in the background.
